[EdLUG] freenode IRC

Team,

I know that #EdLUG on freenode is quiet but in view of  
https://fuchsnet.ch/freenode-resign-letter.txt and other fallout I have
registered the EdLUG channel on Libera.

If its decided that EdLUG don't want it I can drop it.

Its early days in the possible freenode Libera split.
I can pass the channel on to others if that's what the group decides too.

I'm on this list and in #EdLUG too.
