If this is an audio CD, it doesn't contain files and folders, so it doesn't show up as part of your filesystem. You'll need to 'rip' it, which is usually a feature of audio programs that can play a CD as well.

I think some file managers have special support for audio CDs, showing the tracks like files, but it sounds like yours isn't doing that.
