[EdLUG] Fibre connections

Hi

A bit off topic...

I am looking at a 100Mbps-1Gbps fibre line with the ISP's connection  
(or in some cases I believe the whole product) from either SNS Wholesale 
(Sky) or CityFibre.

Anyone have any recommendations (or bad experiences) using either of these?

Also do backhaul / wholesale providers normally bill ISPs for usage as 
well as fixed line costs?
