    A bit off topic...<br>

    I am looking at a 100Mbps-1Gbps fibre line with the ISP's

    connection  (or in some cases I believe the whole product) from

    either SNS Wholesale (Sky) or CityFibre.<br>

    <br>

    Anyone have any recommendations (or bad experiences) using either of

    these? <br>

    <br>

    Also do backhaul / wholesale providers normally bill ISPs for usage

    as well as fixed line costs?<br>
