[EdLUG] HP BIOS Update

Norrie,

I have BIOS version 2009.07.06 BIOS which I'm fairly sure is the last 
available. I also have the BMC firmware (v3.20) which you must also 
install at the same time otherwise the system fan runs at 100%, this is 
needed even if you don't have a BMC card (remote management aka iLO).
