[EdLUG] Comms cabinet Location Question

Combi-boiler should not make any difference - that has its own air intake and exhaust, not affecting air in cupboard.

I would only worry about condensation if it is a cool space where warm air can enter (eg from kitchen), but then you would have signs of damp already.
