<p class="MsoNormal">Are there any OpenVPN experts around?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">My company uses it for remote access and we have a number of users who use it regularly, but unfortunately the person who was administering it has passed away and there is something not quite right in the setup and documentation which prevents
us adding any new users. They appear on the system, we can create the .ovpn files etc. but the login is refused with an authentication error and the logs are not quite detailed enough to show what the problem is.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If there is anyone who is an experienced OpenVPN administrator and might be able to help we’d be happy to pay you for your time to investigate and (hopefully!) resolve this for us.<o:p></o:p></p>
