[EdLUG] Unexpected Change in Boot Manager

On my Lenovo, the boot manager is accessed by pressing FN and FN12 at
start-up.  Whereas before I was offered a choice of bootable areas, I now
have a choice between IPV4 and IPV6 (both of which produce errors.)  There
is a local copy of Ubuntu (on an SD card) but I don't know how to access it.

I just downloaded Linux Mint and installed it.

Can anyone help me ?
