Having a clearout... bit of a long shot but maybe still useful to a
retro-hardware enthusiast:

  Compact 4-way KVM switch for VGA + 2 x PS/2 (mouse + keyboard).
    (Selection buttons and console PS/2 sockets on front, rest of the
sockets at the back).
  5 fused VGA + PS/2 x 2 cables
  9V PSU

No USB or audio jacks.  
Seem to remember it worked pretty well back in the day.
