[EdLUG] Problem with ssh

>From memory, openssh regenerates a host key if it's not present, or at
least it did when using the old init scripts. I know this because I
submitted a patch for Solaris about a decade ago when working on one of the
support teams in linlithgow. It does sound plausible though.
