It depends what permissions /media/andrew/6435-3539/ and
/media/andrew/76E8-CACF/ have.

On my system, they would get mounted only writable by root, e.g.:

[swithun at ultra ~]$ ls -l /media/
total 32
drwxr-xr-x 27 root root 32768 Jun  1  2019 DCIM

You could see what ls -l /media/andrew/ says, or just try to copy a file
to One/6435-3539/.
