[EdLUG] Hacktoberfest

I’m happy to help out with this - I’ll be participating myself and can help folks navigate the nuances of Git as well as finding suitable issues and how to submit a good quality PRs to upstream projects. 

Also more than happy to get involved organising something for next year.
