[EdLUG] Proposed text for a "Code of Conduct" document

Thanks all,

Sorry for late response, was not doing to great the past few days.

Colin thanks for raising the concern; Any specific problems you can
highlight that can arise from having a CoC?

As Thomas noted, having the statement allows a firm reference point to hold
us to, organisers included, rather than arbitrary whims. My hope is that
this group will indeed grow, so being clear now will go ways to helping
that.
