Hi Thomas
That's great and I am fine with the date. My chosen venues include:
B) Tanjore
A) Mosque Kitchen
C) Chinese Restaurant
It would be great to get further responses by tomorrow evening, so we can go ahead and book the venue.
Best Wishes
Shehraz

I believe the 10th is the best day from the available information (apologies if I've overlooked anything).
The venue wasn't settled yet. Let's have another try to work out what people prefer. Please rank your preferences:
A. Mosque kitchen (https://www.mosquekitchen.com/ )
B. Tanjore (http://tanjore.co.uk/ )
C. the Chinese restaurant people went to last year (I wasn't there, so someone please identify it!)
Please reply fairly quickly, because we should probably book a table soon.
Thanks,
Thomas

Hi Everyone
I finally managed to get the poll working and have hopefully marked my available days correctly.
Would 10th December still be the preferred date for everyone? If so, we will next have to confirm the venue (if not done so already).
Thank You
Shehraz

As things turn out, I can make the 10th after all. If anyone would prefer a different day, please fill in Greg's poll (https://dudle.inf.tu-dresden.de/WSp2OmLQFQ/ ) to show when you're available!
Greg: the poll shows that you're not available on any of the days you put up. I'm guessing that something went wrong?
Thanks,
Thomas
