[EdLUG] Going free: ADSL2+ modem router

It's a TP-Link "300mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router".

Model TD-W8968(EU).  With a PSU, phone cable and microfilter/splitter.

Was new in late 2016 but have now finally upgraded to "superfast" so
this is surplus to requirements.  We're probably about the last people
in Edinburgh to get off ADSL, so it's a long shot anyone will want this
but it might be a nice upgrade for someone still on ADSL with a really
old router with only 802.11b/g wifi.
