Perhaps you need to have more volunteers doing the list moderation?

There are messages going back to 22nd October waiting to be approved.

There are two main reasons:

   Some messages are larger than the maximum message size you
   configured.
     => Increase that limit in your list configuration options

   Some messages were sent by non-subscribers.  Typically this happens
   when people send email from a different address from one that they
   use to receive their email.
     => The moderator can add those addresses to a whitelist (by ticking
     a box when approving the messages concerned).
     => The subscribers concerned can subscribe under the address they
     wish to post from but set their personal list options not to send
     list email to that address so they only get one copy.
 
Alasdair
