Really need more details than that to offer any help...

What xrandr commands are you running? Where are you putting them to get them to run at boot? Does it work if you run them after the session is up? What output do you get from xrandr when the commands run (redirect to a file so you can check it later if wherever you're running them doesn't log output)?
