Mark, last time you mailed me with your issues I asked the person who had volunteered to look after the list to look at this. Clearly it hasn't been done, which is disappointing. Someone else has volunteered to help so I'll see if they can help you.
This is why I'm now winding down my activity I'm getting fed up with people saying they'll do something and then not doing it and expecting me to pick up the pieces.
