I want to install dropbox, but this is the result:

 andrew at andrew-Lenovo-G50-30:~/Download/Software$ sudo apt-get install
./dropbox_2015.10.28_amd64.deb

Try using dpkg...

$ sudo dpkg -i ./dropbox_2015.10.28_amd64.deb

There may be some complaints about dependencies, which hopefully would be
resolved by:

$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt -f install

If apt isn't found, revert to apt-get with the same arguments.
