[EdLUG] Diagnosing a slow Internet problem

Hi Christian

1) what is the connection method in each case (ethernet, wifi...)

2) have you tried the same machine on a known good connection? (Or a known
good laptop on the connection this PC is on?)

3) tried changing the cable? (Though from what you say is unlikely to be
culprit but worth testing)

4) have you tried a windows or mac on the same cable and connection? (Rule
out os/software)

If you find the variables to affect the outcome please detail ...
