[EdLUG] Locking down Ubuntu 14.04

Doh!  It just occurred to me that the ordinary guest session in Ubuntu
14.04 is adequate for the homeless shelter's needs.  After the residents
log off, nothing will be saved permanently to the hard drive, but the users
can save to their flash drives.
