I think the EdLug meeting is of such importance, we should petition the Government to change the
date of the election.

has never been a problem for meetings. People have all day to vote, a task that only takes a few
minutes, so that shouldn't have any impact, and those who are involved with the count will be
heading to the Conference Centre for around the time the polls close at 10pm, though apart from
checking in the boxes nothing much happens for the first 30-40 mins. Even when Paul was employed
as one of the counters he was usually able to be at the beginning of the meeting, heading off in
time to get to his counting station.
